We provide plumbing and drainage services to domestic and commercial customers across Great Yarmouth and the surrounding Norfolk and Suffolk area. Services include (but are not limited to) emergency call-outs, boiler servicing, drain unblocking, bathroom installations, and general plumbing repairs.

3. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations are provided in good faith and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Fixed-price quotes are binding once accepted in writing or verbally confirmed.
• Additional charges may apply if work is found to be more complex than anticipated once work has begun. We will inform you before proceeding with any additional work.
• Emergency call-out charges apply for out-of-hours work and will be communicated clearly before attendance.

4. Booking and Cancellation

• Appointments can be made by phone, email, or through our website contact form.
• We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment.
• A cancellation charge may apply for appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours' notice.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to operational requirements, and will provide as much notice as possible.

5. Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless a credit account has been agreed in advance.
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and most major debit/credit cards.
• Invoices not settled within 14 days may incur a late payment charge in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Guarantee and Liability

• All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion.
• Parts and materials carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of rectifying the specific work carried out.
• We are not liable for any consequential loss, damage, or injury caused by pre-existing faults or conditions not identified or created by our work.
• We carry full public liability insurance. Details are available on request.
